When I refresh slx a custom mainview i created appears to be causing a refresh problem.
There is no code on the MainView itself, however the record pointer appears to refresh on multiple records.
For example I have 30 records in the all group and have the Split View showing. When I refresh I can watch the normal refresh take place, then I can see the record pointer walk the records in my group sequentially from the one I was on to some other record maybe 10 records away, updating the screen for each one.
This is recreatable on several machines.

Any ideas for where to look would be helpful.

Lane,

We had this problem, in a older version (5.2), as well. It turned out the cause of our issue was a trigger on the pertinent table. You might check for any calcs or triggers against this group and affected tables.

Removing the trigger resolved the issue - not to mention improved response time dramatically.

This is a new install and no triggers have ben added, but it does open some other questions. The problem has appears to come and go now making it appear it might be tied to a refresh memory issue. It doesn't appear when slx opens the first time. We're in the middle of rolling all the dev components into bundles and installing clean into the production server now and wil see if it goes away.
