Hi all

SLX 7.0.1 SQL 2005

We are investigating the possibilites of integrating saleslogix web with call center solutions. The solution can pass me the contact id or any other user defined unique key. In the thick client I can use the SLX>application object to search and open the record for the person who is calling. Can I do something similar in SLX web also? If yes then how.
