Hi,
i'm having a (VB)Form with controls bound to database.

there are 3 buttons: mbOK, mbCancel, mbMine

mbOK and mbCancel work fine; if mbMine is clicked i have to call a function which needs the record to be stored in database.
so i need to save the form data before calling this function.

is there a way to manually start the "submit"-process to store data to the DB? if i change the modalresult to mbOK in onClickMine, it's too late, as data will be stored after the whole onClick-Method is completed, but in this method i call the funciton which needs the record...

thanks for any help!

You can save the bound data by calling the form's "Post" method.
