Toolbar/Crystal Report print issue
Posted: 07 Nov 08 8:14 AM
I swear this is on topic!
We have multiple tool bars used to print preview crystal reports: common usage and very reliable. Last week I got a report from a user who claimed he was getting errors clicking one of these toolbars, but only after he had printed one of the reports he had previewed. Further testing revealed the same results for other users including one of our developers.
Started to persue it as a crystal viewere issue until it was discovered that previewing, then printing the report from the Reports mainview (any report) did not yield the same result. This only happens if a report is previewed, then printed from the toolbar.
Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this? I have re-registered the crystal dlls, repaired the SLX client install, and confirmed matching versions of dlls with my machine, which doesn't have the issue.
Michael
