Combobox 'undefined' on Add Contact/Account screen - ver 6.2

I am having an issue where a combobox is not being populated, in it's place is the word 'undefined'. There is also a run time error saying 'document.mainform.BizSeg is null or not an object'
This error is only occuring for 1 person who is based in Belgium. Could there be something wrong with his Internet Explorer setting?
The code for the combobox is as follows:
