Grid references at Runtime: Font Style Properties?

Don't have the grid column available at design time, have to add the column at runtime. It's a Hyperlink field.....is there a way to change the text Underlining, font color, background color when they click on the Hyperlink column.
something like col.Font.Style = whatever bold is (is it additive?).
Is there a way to have hyper link event with a single left mouse button click? You have to click on the cell, then click again, in order to initiate the hyperlink event.
