Hello,

I'm currently using the following to load an image into an image control.

uxChartImage.OpenPictureFromFile "file.bmp", False, False

What are the valid image formats supported? So far it seems only .bmp is supported, but this means my image store (generated charts for a contact) will be in the region of 1+ Gigagbytes for BMPs, instead of 40Mb for PNG/GIF!

How do I load GIF's or PNG's into an image control from a file?

Well, how about using a Browser control?

Then just write HTML code:

Dim strHTML
strHTML = "<html><body><img src="YOUR FILE PATH" style="SET ANY STYLES YOU WANT"></body></html>
BrowserControl.HTML = strHTML
