I have created form and saved it. But when i look for the form to connect it to a button it does not come up in the list.

Any Ideas - of of connecting the form to the button on the toolbar.

You may need to Refresh the Architect.
Also, make sure you are expanding the Correct Family for your Form.

Look UP in the drop down picklist for Active Form.....as opposed to down in the picklist for Form.
