Is it possible to add new controls to use on forms? If so, then how?

When you say "new controls" what exactly are you referring to? If you mean other ActiveX controls, then yes. Just right click the toolbox and select customize. You'll get a dialog showing all ActiveX on your machine (just like how it works in an environment such as VB).

If the ActiveX has no dependencies then it will get out fine to all desktops. When you add it to a form it will pull the ActiveX into the database and then install it when the form is used on the desktops/remotes. If it does have dependencies then you'll have to provide your own install for the control for all desktops.
