I need some help.

I'm trying to connect to an external database within SLX.
I tried the example from the manual:
strAdoConn = "Driver=SQL Server;Server=Servername;
Database=DatabaseName;UID=User1

WD=Password1;"
DBOpenSqlFromDatabase(strAdoConn,SQLString,True)

and populated with appropriate values but get the following error when executing it.
Variable is undefined (DBOpenSqlFromDatabase)

Anybody any idea ?

That would be valid only in a legacy script. In a VBScript plugin you would just use ADO. Here's some examples on connecting to external data from SLX using VBScript:

Like I said, it is just standard ADO, the only difference will be your connection string.
