As far as I know, it doesn't.
It enumerates the printers using Windows APIs.

Long time ago (7 or 8 years ago) I had a request to make certain print action occur against an specific Printer.

I was able to achieve that by using VBScript (and/or Windows APIs) to change the Default Printer on command, thus allowing for the document to be printed on the correct device without prompting the user to choose a printer.
