Hi,
I am writing a script that connects to a saleslogix database. I wrote the script out in Management Studio, using a table variable and a couple of int variables.
I do not get an error message but the recordset does not return anything. I have removed all comments from my sql script.
Does SLXOLEDB.1 allow variables?
Thanks,
Ali

Hi Ali,

The OLEDB provider doesn't support "T-SQL" - you can't use "DECLARE". It also doesn't support such processing keywords as "BEGIN/END" or Cursors.

Sorry.

Stephen

Thank you for the reply Stephen. I appreciate the clarification. I'm currently writing my sql logic in the module.
Thanks,
Ali
