Hello,

I need to load some data in a saleslogix table which is a child of Contact table. How would I generate primarys for this table ? I'm using C# and visual studio 2005.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Gus

By child table I assume you mean the table has a 1-to-many relationship with the contact table, so you will need to call the slx_dbids procedure to generate the table ids. Here is a link to an article...

A more complete article here: http://www.slxdeveloper.com/page.aspx?action=viewarticle&articleid=87

This would give you all the info you need for creating table ID values.
