When you are at the Contacts level and right click in some of the tabbed grids the popup menu sometimes has the choice "Move Contact to...". If I wanted to point that to some code that I wrote where does this fall under? Is it Standard Menu and how do you get it in production? Or do you have to re-create your own popup menu and include the new code?

Hope this makes sense

Look at the "Menus" property of the Form of the tab's objects sit on.

You can add your Popup items to the menu-tree. You can also hide the default system items by selecting the "Don't merge patent menus" poperty at the top level of your menu-tree.
