SLX Groups
Posted: 27 Aug 08 8:31 AM
i am in process of upgrading Sales Logix from version 6.2 to version 7.2.
But am wondering if it is possible to carry any groups created on the old version of Sales Logix to the new one without having to create the groups agian from scratch.
thanks in advance

Hi Albert,
The following groups are changed in the upgrade (these changes happened in v7.0):
Opportunity:Closed - Lost
• Removed the Days Open column and resized the Actual Close, Potential, and Prob. columns.
Opportunity:Closed - Won
• Removed the Days Open column and resized the Actual Close column
You can find this info in the Upgrading_Sage_SalesLogix_from_Version_6.2.x_to_7.2.pdf
The groups should be unaffected by the upgrade process.
Cheers,
Steve
