Has anyone installed SalesLogix 7.2.0 on a 64X server?

Are there any known issues as Sage does not support this environment?

Are you referring to the Windows or Web client?
Windows client (and Admin tools run like a charm).

Legacy web client should also be able to run, but haven't tried that.

And regarding the new Web client, several of us have done this and have had success at different levels. There are indeed some gotchas and some workarounds.
If you search the forums you will find a few, but here is a link to an article that was written to run SLX Web on Vista/XP64 and is applicable to Windows Server 2K3 and 2K8 (although you don't have to use Adsutil):
