Can anyone please tell me how to create a bundle for database changes but with data?

Is there any setting while creating or importing bundle to have a data in table also?

When you add the Table to a Bundle, you have 3 Create Option Checkboxes:

- Structure

- Indices

- Data

If you check the Data checkbox it will include the Data in the bundle.

However, I would not suggest to do this with a large dataset, if you are just trying to transfer a few records on a TAble, that is fine. Keep in mind that the Data is saved into the Bundle, so a Lot of Data means a very big file, and you get more chance of it getting corrupted.
