I am using Saleslogix 7.5 version.
I need to introduce one field called "Activity Type" (associate a picklist with this field) in Phone, schedule and Todo form and display this new field in Activity View grid.
I have done the following steps
1. Create a db field in Activity table
2. Create a same field in History table
3. Create a picklist
4. Map this field (associate with picklist) and also associate with the corresponding DB column.
When I make a new Phone call or Schedule or Todo, this picklist value for the new field is set in the Activity table.
My challenge is to change the display of the grid view in the Activities Screen to show the new "Activity Type" field value in ALL, Phone,Schedule , ToDO, Alarm and Reminders etc
