You have a few options.
1) Create a window with enough panels, labels, etc for any given month and then populate to build the calendar at runtime (I've gone this route before and worked well).
2) Create the calendar as HTML then display the HTML in an embeded browser window or just launch in default browser. In v6 you can still respond to events in the HTML with VBScript code in the code behind the form, so still relatively easy to develop (not the case in pre-v6).
3) Generate the caledar as a report. This works well for display purposes, but difficult to respond to events if you want the user to do some action (and not just see the calendar).
4) Build it externally. There are a lot of great commercial caledaring controls out there. It would make things easier IMO to build it externally and use COM to call back to SLX.
Either way, you're in for some work as there is nothing built in to do any of this for you.
Not sure what you mean by:

In fact, I would like to create a alert system.
Indeed, when someone creates a ticket, this personne will select a valid periode.
So when this person will close the ticket, I would like that a system starts automatically.
This system will activate a stop watch which take the date ant the hour of the creation of this ticket.
And I would like also that this system calculates the date and the hour closing.
I use a calendar to calculate a time limit in order to not take account for instance of sunday; saturday and day off.
This calendar will be not visible by the users.
I work with saleslogix version 6.2.2 Architect 6.2.2
Thank you for your help
