Refresh text box in legacy ticket form

fiogf49gjkf0d Hi all,
I have a non-editable text box on the legacy support ticket form that seems to work fine if the user opens a blank ticket and selects an account - it simply displays data correctly. If a user attempts to add a ticket from the Account or Contact ticket list view by right-clicking that grid and selecting "Add". the ticket opens up with the account pre-populated, but my text box which lists an external account number isn't populated with data.
It seems like I just need to refresh this somehow but I'm not sure what the best approach would be. Perhaps adding something to the META Ticket When Open script.
Any suggestions? |
