Hi all,
can anyone help me find how customize in the form of ticket lookup in slx 6.2 support client ?
i've changed the data path of the ticket status to another field in the DB so in the result data grid after lookup the data grid doesn't show the new status so i need to find where the script that is controling this data grid,Thanks.
