Messenger Plugin from Ryan's examples

Ryan,
I am trying to implement your MSN Messenger plugin on a test system but am having a slight difficulty (v7.5 LAN)
Everything looks like it is working well, except that the contact, phone, email link and image on the chat window are not displayed. It just shows "labelContact", "labelPhone" and "linkEmail".
What am I needing to do?

Also, i'm having issues with client installs ...
on the server, my @hotmail address works fine. If i log in as a user with @customdomain that they use for MSN it logs them in, but the icon never changes to being logged in, nor does the conversation button work.
On the client PC's, the buttons show up, but nothing happens when the buttons are clicked. I registered the DLL's.
