Slxoledb 7.2.2 and currency fieldsYour last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

Hi,
I migrated my Slx installation (on an Oracle DB 10g) from 6.2 to 7.2.2, but now I encounter some problems with slx currency (number on oracle) fields. Currency fields (e.g. discount on sales order items) are shown on the client as a strange number (-12485474), even if on the database the field value is 1. In addiction I noticed that on Architect->Manage Database, on Currency fields columns, length indicates 255,4(!), but if I create a new Currency field, it shows a length of 17,4.

I would like to add that I have another Slx installation (version 7.2.1) on another server and here all works properly, and currency fields have length of 17,4.

The first difference which I thought is that on the server with problems I have SlxOleDb version 7.2.2.1871, instead of on the other server I have SlxOleDb version 7.2.1.1672

Does anybody can help me?
thank you in advance
Alessandro Rossi

I'd give support a call. We had some problems with currency fields and 7.2.2 as well.
