Does anyone know how to add additional custom template folders (when doing mail merges) in SalesLogix so you can categorize your templates other than by: Email, Fax, Memo and Letter

Thanks

Like most everything else that's "family" oriented in SalesLogix:
Picklist.....
Look at Plugin Families tab...
Template Types
And be sure and provide Code AND Item.. and do NOT delete/modify the OOTB SalesLogix provided values.

How do I call 'invisible' templates from a Script....is there a way to not release templates or store them in a System Family, or a 'null' family so that a user can't invoke/see them from the Merge Folders popup.....and only can be invoked from a script or developer controlled environment?
