Dear All

I install SLX 5.2 on another server and take backup from the database on old server and restore it in new server when I try to open SLX client and open Insert new Account/Contact I receive the following error

System: Insert New ContactAccount cannot be used because it was not found. It may have been removed or renamed or unavailable due to your security settings.

Please advice

There is so little information here to work with.

Why don't you outline ALL of the EXACT steps you took to move this database on to this new server, so it becomes possible to help.

Steps are:

Install slx 5.2
Take backup from the database on the old server and restore it to the new one
Update sysdba user for new database
Create ODBC connection to use it to open the database through SLX
Open SLX client and try to use it but I receive the pervious mentioned error
Create new bundle, install it with the default bundle also receive same error
(I think to uninstall the default bundle but I don't do it)
