Sdata tutorials and examples
Posted: 02 Jun 09 9:47 AM
Hi,
I have a basic question related to the sdata functionality.
I am looking for some samples for creating an entity using sdata when the entity has parent entities.
Even the xml response for creating the entity would be helpfull
.
My current problem is that I want to use sdata to create a new Contact, but I can't find out how to specify the Account property in the XML request for inserting a Contact.

you could always query for the desired account using SDATA search clauses, and then associate the resulting accountid generated from your query to the contact you wish to insert. Hope this helps
