SLX and Lotus Notes Integration with Linkpoint?Your last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

Anyone have any experience running Linkpoint to integrate SLX with Lotus Notes?  I have a customer who is reporting Saleslogix "freezing", and it appears to be related to the Linkpoint integration.  They are running on Citrix, but I suspect that this problem might impact a local install as well.

If anyone has experience, comments, best practice ideas that I can share, they would be most appreciated.  Thanks for any help!

Jim,

We do support Citrix and have many companies using LinkPoint. Have you contacted our Support Team regarding this issue? Give me a call on Monday so I can look into this for you.
