Can anyone show me where I can find documentation on Dynalink and what version would work with Great Plains 9.0? I have been checking but cannot seem to find anything about Dynalink and Great Plains 9.0.

"Officially" Dynalink does not support GP. It only (Officially) supports Sage Products (since Sage SalesLogix owns Dynalink). Both SalesLogix and MAS (Sage) partners "can" be certified in Dynalink.. but not a lot are.

However, It's really based (first) on your version of SalesLogix and NOT on the back office app.

Contact your BP about Dynalink.
