We have recently begun using SalesLogixv 6.2 and would like to expand into mail merge and populate SL with data. We are using Lotus Notes for email not Outlook.
Product called Communicator has been recommended but is more expensve than we would want to pay. Another product is Omnirush although I am waiting to find out if we can use this with Lotus Notes. What are other small/mid size companies using ?
Do you do mail merge/questionnaires etc in house or outsource? If so is spam an issue?
Thanks
Denise

If you are talking about doing merge for marketing/newsletters I'd look at what is OOTB in v6.2 - (although not one of my favorites) the empulse feature. You get a fairly good rate and don't have to concern yourself w/spam issues.

Plus.. it's fully integrated and all you pay is the (monthly) service fee.
