Can anyone explain me the use of Activity.Complete(false) or Activity.Complete(true)?

After creating the activity when i called Activity.Complete(false) then that activity is removed from Activity tab and added in the Notes/History tab.
Is this the expected behavior??

Thanks
Ruchi

Hi Ruchi,

Yes it is expected as you have called the "Complete" Method for the Activity Class which therefore creates the History record i.e. a Completed activity.

Cheers,

Steve

Hi Ruchi,

A little bit more info:
The Complete Method requires a boolean value in order to show the Complete Activity form or not, i.e. giving the user the ability to add notes or not etc.

As you called the Complete method the Activity record becomes a History record if you passed "False". If you passed "True" the complete activity form shows, so if the user clicks OK the History record is created otherwise it remains as an Activity.

Cheers,

Steve
