History Table not being updated

fiogf49gjkf0d Can anyone tell me how to get saleslogix to write to history table ? I've created a new contact form with the underlying table. I've tagged RecordChanges property on for all the editable fields, so that if there are changes in those fields, a history record is written. The form and the pages operate correctly and insert, update and delete records in the new table, however nothing gets written to the history table ? What else should I be looking for to fix this ?
any help would be appreciated.

fiogf49gjkf0d There's a couple of issues with RecordChanges. I can't recall exactly, but it doesn't work when you get too many levels deep from ACCOUNT or something (can't recall for sure, but something like that).
Also, could it be that they are being written but the filter on the history tab is preventing it from showing? IIRC The default filter on the history tab has the option to not show history entries from database changes. |
