Ahmed,
This is an incompatibility issue with your version of SLX and the Microsoft daylight savings time patch. Install using version 6.2.6, 7.0.1 (or higher) or use the workaround patch from Sage.

That is correct. 6.2 Service pack 6 = version number 6.2.6.
You will need to remove the Microsoft DST patch first. However, if you create a "network image" (the base setup you recieved from Sage gives you the option to create a "network image" - I highly suggest doing this) and update the "network image" to 6.2.6 using the installShell.exe from service pack 6 you do not have to remove the Microsoft DST patch for installation.
If you have remotes make sure to download 6.2 Service Pack 6 Hot Fix 1 and apply as well.

You will need to upgrade the 6.2 database to 7.2 before you can connect to the database with the 7.2 client components. See the Upgrading Sage CRM SalesLogixfrom Version 6.2 to v7.2.pdf in the documentation folder on the V7.2 CD.
Note: once you upgrade the database to V7.2 you will not be able to connect with the v6.2 components. |
