I have similar issue to Thread = Group error when logging into web 6.2.6, however have the following issue:

Saleslogix v6.2.4 Web
Chossing any Ticket Group, works when logged in as ADMIN, but errors for any other SLX User.

Below is what appears in the Web Client:
"Error getting the group data. Please check that the SQL statement is generated correctly in the Query Builder."

Below is what appears in the event log:

Please check that the SQL statement is generated correctly in the Query Builder. Error executing the group. SQL statement: SELECT A1.TICKETID, A1.TICKETNUMBER, A2.ACCOUNT A2_ACCOUNT, A3.NAMELF A3_NAMELF, A3.WORKPHONE A3_WORKPHONE, A1.STATUSCODE, A1.ASSIGNEDTOID, A4.ISSUE_CODE A4_ISSUE_CODE, A4.SUB_ISSUE_CODE A4_SUB_ISSUE_CODE, A4.OUTPUT_CODE A4_OUTPUT_CODE, A4.OUTCOME A4_OUTCOME, A1.ACCOUNTID, A1.CONTACTID, XSECCODE0.SECCODEDESC ASSIGNEDTOIDNAME FROM TICKET A1 LEFT OUTER JOIN INTERVENTION_EXTRA A4 ON (A1.TICKETID=A4.TICKETID) LEFT OUTER JOIN CONTACT A3 ON (A1.CONTACTID=A3.CONTACTID) LEFT OUTER JOIN ACCOUNT A2 ON (A1.ACCOUNTID=A2.ACCOUNTID) LEFT OUTER JOIN SECCODE XSECCODE0 ON (A1.ASSIGNEDTOID = XSECCODE0.SECCODEID) WHERE (A1.STATUSCODE='k6UJ9A000039') ORDER BY A1.TICKETID ASC.

I have tested this query both from Query Analyser and Administrator (execute Sql) and all works.

Does any one have any thoughts ??? I already done the following:

1. IISReset
2. Generated a New Site code for the Web Server
3. Re-created the Web Manager Profile/Server
