Can we manage the Admin functionality ( User Creation and Assigning Roles) of saleslogix web through a Internet Browser.

has to be done via Workgroup Admin.

Not Built in, But you can build it. I did a similar thing with the admin having control of who sees what with a series of triggers. I created an Administrator Section. The button is only visible if the current userid is 'ADMIN'.

Sounds great, I've been toying with the idea of adding an admin section myself (in asp.net) including user/picklist management as more and more customers seem to be asking for a complete web solution
