How do I change the stylesheet of customer portal pages like "Add Ticket" screen on the web client? I would like to modify the look n feel of customer portal pages to conform with the style sheet of other pages. Thanks in advance.

Just open the CSS files and make the desired changes. The recommended way to do it is to open the CSS files from teh Support Files location of the portal in the AA and then make the changes there. That way they changes get deployed out each time you deploy and you won't loose your changes.

Take it a bit further and you can change the CSS and the master page completely - this way you can apply it as you see fit. But as Ryan said - if you make the changes in VS.NEt or another tool make sure you get the changes back into AA or the next time you deply they are toast.

I just noticed this was the pre 7.2 forum and my Response and Ryans both refer to AA - which is 7.2 only.

Oops!

Anyway, still just edit the CSS files, just ignore the comments about the AA.
