On accacc.htm you have a drop down to lookup accounts by company/city/state etc. I need to add one for customer number. I have added it to the query acc_acc after the account column and it appears in the grid list when you search by any of the present options. How do I get customer number in the pull down list?

In the Query Properties dialog did you add an entry for your custom field under the "Conditions/Sorting" tab?

Yes. I added CN with 3 sort options and 1 condition where the Account_Addon.CustNmbr starting with :value and marked it as case sens compare and use as literal. What am I missing here?

Questions:
-"Under Options:" what Check Boxes do you have enabled? I just unchecked the "Tab" option for the "Manager" entry then restarted the Web Components and the Manager item was removed from the list.

-Are you sure that the acc_acc Query that you are editing is Active? You should also check to make sure it is the only only acc_acc that is active.

-Did you restart the Web Components?
