7.5.0 Groups, not displaying reseller info

I have a client that is managing her groups in 7.5.0 web as the Admin user
Her goal is to display the Reseller Account in her All Opportunity group.
She creates the join to the Account table through Opportunity.ResellerID = Account.AccountID and adds the field to the group as we all know how to do.
When she is finished, her test of the group show positive results. She now shares the newly updated group out to her user community and then logs into the web under her username. The data that was displaying in the Reseller field when she is in as admin is no longer visible.
She is a power user and has full access to all records in the database.
Any suggestions
