6.2.4 web reporting page loads 10-15 seconds

fiogf49gjkf0d We are upgrading from 6.1.3 web to 6.2.4 web. During testing, the initial reports page loads in 10-15 seconds. Seems slow, and I presume the business customers will be frustrated.
Is there something we can change on the web servers to improve this performance? Server hardware is way above SLX minimums. |

fiogf49gjkf0d No suggestions here. But we have a dedicated server (a good one) and it is still slow. About 15-60 seconds on most out of the box SLX reports. I hope someone on this wonderful site has some suggestions for both are benefits. |

fiogf49gjkf0d OK, different angle. We only use reports in production 6.1.3 from four families. I looked at ShowReport.aspx to see if I could skip the other families, but did not find a clean way.
Has anyone a good idea of how to slim down the list of report families on the Show Report web page? |

fiogf49gjkf0d The issue appears to be the number of reports we have in the plugin table (type = 19). Working through the queries used for the report list with Sage identified one that takes 10-15 seconds to run. We are checking the database, and looking at options - removing unnecessary reports, changing base code, or living with the lag. |
