We are recieving this error message while attempting to email out of the main Tickets module via the web client. Any ideas as to why we are getting this random message?

It is not a random message, it is very specific.


 


Typically this one occurs when the Code is trying to do a SubString and the string value is either Empty or Smaller than expected (as in trying to get the last 3 characters out of a string that has only 2 (or none).


I would suggest you check the fields that are part of the Message, more than likely one of those fields is NULL or Blank. For instance, do all Users and Contacts involved have Email Addresses?
