fiogf49gjkf0d We are upgrading from v6.1.3 to v6.2.4. My customer is converting their web reports. They can run one, but the get an error. The solution so far is to reboot their PC.
Error 1 is "The page Server you are trying to connect to is not accessible. Please contact your system administrator. [On Page Server: {server}.cacheserver]
Error 2 is "There are no Page Servers connected to the Cache Server or all the connected Page Servers are disabled. Please try to reconnect later. [On Page Server: {server}.cacheserver]

fiogf49gjkf0d I too have this error when viewing large reports, the only way to resolve is to kill and restart all services on the crystal reports web server. Smaller reports work fine but it just seems to totally throw when a large report is viewed. We also have the same problem on previous versions - the web reports functionality is very flaky. |

fiogf49gjkf0d There are two issues with web reporting that we are working through / around.
1. This page server / cache server error. Sage has an open log of this error. I believe they plan to solve the issue in a future service pack or release.
2. Reports do not run for user after they make a SLX password change. This is an open defect, and they also plan to solve this issue in a future service pack or release.
For both issues, I plan to restart Crystal services on the web reporting server when needed. |
