From the Web Client in the group options menu the Excel Export Group Option is disabled. any Idea what is needed to enable it?, is it a client side issue or is something missing on my web server?

Steve,

A couple of questions.

1) Do you have Excel installed on the client? It needs to be installed.
2) When you log in, do you have the "Enable ActiveMail" checkbox enabled? If not, enable it.

One of those are the most likely culprit.

Yes I have Excel on my Client and Also have tried it with the check boxes checked on login.
I've tried two different clients with the same result.

Steve,

One other thing. Have you added the web server (or at least the SLX port) to the Trusted Sites in IE? I forgot to mention it earlier, but I think that is required as well.

Jeff,

That fixed the problem, I thought I had already taken care of that, but I guess not.

Thanks again,
