slx 6.4 sp5 MS SQL Web reporting in Windows2000 sp4, Web host on Server 2003 sp1
The error:"Verify configuration" utility give out an error:
"ADO connecting string on [computer name] is out of sync"
and all reports are empty.

I read Web Implementation Giude about an installation of Web reporting:
Follow the on-screen instructions to install the SalesLogix Web Reporting Server.During the install, you will be prompted to enter the following:

• SalesLogix Server Name – Select or enter the machine name where the SalesLogix Server resides.

• SalesLogix Database Connection Name – Select or enter the name of the connection to the SalesLogix database.

• Web Site Name – Enter the name of the Web site in IIS. The default value is SLX Web Reporting. The installation automatically detects an open port (1025 or greater) for the site.

• Virtual Directory Name – Enter the name of the virtual directory that will be set up for Web Reporting. The default value is SLXWebRpt.

• Windows Domain – Enter the network domain where you created the WebDLL user as described in Chapter 2.

• Windows User Account – Enter the name of the WebDLL user you created. The default value is WebDLL. If you used a different name, type it exactly as you did when you created it.

• Password and Confirm Password – Enter the password you specified when you created the WebDLL user.

But when I installed Web reporting there are no fields SLX Server Name and SLX Database Connection Name in a screen.
And the field Server Name is empty and it is locked in Crystal APS Properties window in Crystal Configuration Manager.

How can I input SLX Server Name and a data source?

You must open Web manager and then Configuration.
Select the top level (Profile) and manually type in the information. Click Save. Then within the same tool, open your website(s), select the ADO tab and test each configuration. A pop up screen will appear and ask ifou want to propagate the setting. Answer Yes. (Do this for each)

This information is in the documentation if you need further detail.
