Ok, I am pretty sure I know the answer to this one: Is is possible to run SLX7.2 web against a SLX 7.0.1 database?

There are zero changes in the schema that impact the Windows client (I've been running (for testing pruposes) the 7.2.x SalesLogix client against a 7.0.1 (don't try it w/anything lower!).

However, there are VERY SIGNIFICANT changes in schema, etc (ex: new web does NOT use joindata, a bunch of additional tables added) for the Gobi web. So, you must run an upgrade... NO way around it.

Remember, the new web does NOT upgrade an "old" web.
