Hi All

Is it possible to integrate SLX 7.0 / 7.2 with a call center solution which is not TAPI enabled. The cal center solution that we are planning to use can pass me the parameters like Phone number or unique identifier of the person who is calling. Can I use this info to search a particular record by using the info passed automatically.
