A customer reported the following error. I also get it when I sign in with Admin, but not with my own id.

"Error getting the group data. Please check that the SQL statement is generated correctly in the Query Builder."

So how do I find the group with the error? I deactivated 4 groups modified in the last week, still the error. Admin defaults to "Latest Accounts". Do I have an incomplete account causing an error?

I would recommend the following:

- Run the SLX Profiler or SQL Profiler and see what SQL statement is being issued (if possible).
- Check the Alias definitions for the fields on the Latest Account layout.

I do recall running into this problems with some fields having NULL and a format being applied to them.

Solution was to restart IIS. The same login worked without error through thick client, so nothing was changed, just a web issue.
