Hey guys,

After I have updated the Web Client to v6.3.4 and installed the new bundles. I am recieving an error when logging in. The error reports "General Login error". In the Event Viewer. I get:
Category:None
Type:Error
Event ID: 514
User: THGSALES\slxuser

Description: Exception (Login) Server : SalesLogix
Thread ID: 3820 User: ADMIN
IP: 192.168.1.101
Infinite loop encountered during alternate Template substitution. mainpage mainpage

This is me tring to login as ADMIN. Any Ideas? Thanks guys!

Hi Sasha,
What version did you update to? There was an issue in 6.2.3 with overrides which retruned the same error message. HF6 for 6.2.3 corrected the issue.

Hi Thomas,

Have you applied the hot fix thats mentioned further up in this thread? There is a hot fix on SP3 that fixes this issue.
