Does anyone have any information about the format of file names for URL attachments? From what I have seen, the file names seem to be given the following format:

![attachid][accountid]-[some integer]-[userid]-[some integer].URL

I'm pretty sure I understand all of the pieces except for the two integer values. Does anyone know how the two integer values are calculated/assigned?
