Hi guys,

A customer wants to know if it is possible to edit templates using Microsoft Word 2003 as editor instead of the SalesLogix Editor which is used standard.
I looked in the newsgroups and forums, but can't find anything about it.

In addition to this question; is it possible to remove the message about labels after a mailmerge?

Thanks.

Rinco

you mean web templates or MM templates?
because you use" Saleslogix editor" in your subject line and you refer to MM also in your body...

Hi Nandu,

thank you for your response.
What I mean exactly is, when a mailmerge is performed, editing the text which is sent to the account.
For instance using grammar check or auto correct is not possible in the Letter Editor is SalesLogix.

What version of slx are you using ?
You can use Office 2003 from 5.2 or above but there is a reg fix for 5.2 you will need to apply.
