I need to connect with external web services, send values and store the results of method.
Where can I found examples to do it ?

Really, you would not call it any differently than you would from any script. Doesn't make a difference that it is the SLX web client. Whether you call it from a server-side action or from client-side script in a page you will do tings the same. You will use the XMLHttpRequest object to grab the XML from the webservice and then process as needed. If you need to then save these to the database then you can easily do that in a server-side action or load the values into #F fields on the client that are bound to database fields so they commit as the page is saved/submitted. |
