Does the SalesLogix OleDb Provider support command parameters when going
through the .net OleDbConnection?
Sorry for the newbie question, but I'm learning as I go here.

Yes you can use parameters. Here is code that queries the contact table by email address:
// Ensure email is not already in the system
OleDbCommand cmdExist = new OleDbCommand("SELECT Count(*) FROM Contact WHERE Email = ?", cnxNR);
cmdExist.Parameters.Add("@Email", OleDbType.VarChar, 128);
cmdExist.Parameters["@Email"].Value = this.Email;
int iCount = (int)cmdExist.ExecuteScalar();
Note that you need to be wary of date parameter data types. See thread I posted to the ADO forum.
